FCA Mopar - Digital Marketing Manager

Principal Purpose of Position:

The purpose of the Digital Marketing Manager is to gather and analyze data to develop recommendations and assist the Company and its clients in making informed decisions on the marketing and selling of OEM vehicle service contracts and ancillary products. This position is also responsible for the development and ongoing delivery of reporting and analytics. Candidate will also participate ininter-company social media marketing.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide business knowledge expertise by developing a keen understanding of business needs.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from everyone involved.
  • Recommend and manage the development of new marketing programs and the introduction of new products.
  • Supply internal customers with the information they need to not only make informed decisions, but also to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locate, define, and implement new process improvement opportunities as part of a continuous learning organization.
  • Contribute to intercompany social media marketing.
  • Liaison between each Company’s IT departments in the area of record/data management.
  • Liaison between each Company’s marketing and media departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with marketing/data analysis.
  • Superior communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working independently as a vendor resource.
  • Must have experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Must be an expert user in Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups).
  • Experience in an Automotive Agency is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel 10% of the time. Advanced notice will be given when travel is necessary.
