Responsibilities
-
Conduct weekly PMC meetings to monitor program status.
-
Work with COEs, Calibration Teams, other 3rd party supplier(s) and internal teams to create/maintain timelines, schedules and freeze dates for program
-
Maintain risk/issue log and assign issue owner and a deadline for issue resolution.
-
Identify high level risks and issues, prepare risk mitigation slides for such risks/issues and present it to senior management
-
Engage COE engineers to develop and coordinate logic changes to be reviewed at the CCB and Director’s meetings
-
Distribute software releases to all the team members and ensure the V&V team receives and validates the software after every major release
-
Coordinating project kickoff workshops and maintain the project plan, schedule, align scope, milestones and defined deliverables along with hardware and software release timing.

Supporting every aspect of product development life cycle plan scheduling features and releasing final software to external organizations.

Prioritize work with other engineers to ensuring software changes are completed per the project plan.

Lead teams to ensure technical risks and issues have a clear mitigation and resolution path.

Communicating effectively the flow of information between all project stakeholders.
-
Engaging management as necessary to ensure project risks and issues are conveyed.
-
Leading and monitoring supplier progress for all deliverables.

Monitoring and controlling project activities on a regular basis.
-
Verify Software Content against Planned Content and release in PowerCal; complete necessary documentation and sign-offs.
